Drake has worked in Real Estate over a decade, buying, selling, leasing renovating and financing both residential and commercial properties.  He holds his Real Estate Broker licences and currently directly manages the Dalzelle Court properties.

Fabian discovered his passion for historic real estate in the mid 2000s with his first historic rehabilitation project in

Darmstadt, Germany.

In his day job, he works for sustainable mobility and engineering excellence.

CEO of Detroit Training Center -  Patrick Beal started working in the construction industry after co-founding a Demolition/ Abatement Company in 2006; He went on to graduate from Michigan State University with a degree in Finance and a Specialization in Hospitality Business Real Estate Development in May 2010.
